When we create the right environment for our body to function optimally we are in a better position to not only reverse the effects of ‘dis-ease’ but cultivate a true sense of integrated wellbeing that builds our resilience to the tougher and harder aspects of living a human life. We take our health into our own hands (which is incredibly empowering!) and in doing so are able to live more consciously and in balance with nature.

How your wellness journey could look for your unique self

 

Step 1 - Classes

Reset the nervous system, rebuild your energy, strength and flexibility and improve your mobility posture by attending weekly yoga classes in person taught by me. Take the next level and sign up for my membership to receive access to my class library online so you can take your group practice into your own home cultivating a discipline of self practice as often as you can.

Step 2 - Workshops &/or consults

Become a curious explore and be accountable for your own health by diving deeper into learning how Ayurveda & yoga can support your journey. Whether you are pregnant, preparing for childbirth, recovering from postpartum or navigating the reality of an aging body book in one of my group workshops, women’s circles or reach out for a private consult.

Step 3 - In home care

You find the classes and workshops are helping but what you really need is special support. You may be preparing for and living life after having baby or perhaps living with an illness where non-medical care giving would be of great benefit to you. Book in for my professional in home postpartum doula service where food, massage and yoga are your ingredients for feeling loved and well again.
